Recently, in order to ensure the water quality and sanitation of swimming places, the Shenzhen Municipal Health Supervision Department has carried out the third batch of special work for the sanitation supervision and inspection of swimming places this year for the city's licensed artificial swimming places.

A total of 93 swimming places were sampled in the third batch, including 72 swimming pools, and the water quality rectification of 21 unqualified swimming pools in the first and second batches of water quality sampling were tracked. Among the 72 swimming pools that were randomly inspected, seven were unqualified, and of the 21 swimming pools tracked, two were still unqualified for rectification.
The poor sanitation of the swimming pool water environment will not only destroy the reputation of the swimming pool, but also directly affect the health of swimmers. To maintain a high-quality swimming pool water environment, the operators of various swimming places should start with equipment and solve the problem of poor swimming pool environment from the source. The sand tank can intercept all the hair and fine particles in the swimming pool, and return the swimming pool to the visible cleanness. Compared with ordinary sand cylinders, AQUA sand cylinders can reach a working pressure of 2.5㎏/㎝2, withstand temperatures up to 45°C, resist high pressure and high temperature, and are durable. The cylinder body is coated with a UV-resistant polyurethane protective layer, which is corrosion resistant. It can adapt to the high humidity and high corrosion swimming pool environment.

In 2020, AQUA also specially launched a new MUV upgraded version of medium-pressure ultraviolet light. It uses original German lamps. The medium-pressure high-intensity output wavelength is between 200nm-400nm, which can effectively control chloramines and better protect the health of swimmers. The steel structure stress corrosion caused by the excessive concentration of chloramine in the indoor swimming pool can improve the water penetration rate.
